We have a Mayfair Easy Clean Self Closing Toilet seat. One of the two hinges that attaches the seat to the toilet has broken. Can we get a replacement hinge?
Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement hinges. Hinges are not replaceable on molded wood seats because once the screws are removed, the screw hole can be stripped, causing the hole to not hold new screws up to our safety and warranty levels. Bemis Manufacturing does offer a one-year manufacturing defect warranty that is handled through the location of purchase. If your seat is less than one year from the date of purchase, you can return the seat to the store for immediate return or exchange.

what is the measurements of INSIDE of rim? Some of them are so small and not suitable for larger people.

It’s great that’s it’s removable for easy cleaning, but anyone with arthritis will still need a tool of some sort to remove. Installation is straight forward.
