Poor product
It is not soft close. The seat slams making a big racket. Before purchasing it I ask the attendant if it was soft close and his response was yes. Now I am stuck with it because you cannot return it

Good Value for The Price
We needed an inexpensive replacement seat for an older toilet in a spare bathroom that's rarely used, and this turned out to be a perfect fit and better quality than expected given the low price. It would be helpful if the dimensions were available online - they are on the package but of course we couldn't see that until we picked it up after ordering online. Luckily it was the right size.
