Does this come with cover to protect it from weather when not in use?
No, and the thing is garbage, read between the lines in the reviews. Too many issues to get into it. After numerous attempts at use and constant problems I had to drag the stupid, heavy piece of steel back to Lowe's.
Clearly the 'Grillmasters' who review it on Youtube are paid to do so.

Great idea cheaply made
I have had it bout 8 months I think is it a good idea but very cheaply made. The control panel failed almost right out of the box they did send me a new but it to is not functioning correctly. The switch for the grill door is to close to the heat source and it melted and failed. The inside of the charcoal feeder down closest to where the fan blows on the coals / the hottest part the metal used is to thin and cheap and is cracked now. The fan is probably to close to the heat source as well, at times it over heats and stops working. Really is seems that you cook on very low heat if you don’t want the thing to have a meltdown

Versatile grill
We had purchased the Masterbuilt 560 October 2020. We have used this unit for almost everything - even baked some cookies. Works very well in almost all weather, living in central Wisconsin we have endured some extreme conditions. The coldest I have used it was -9 Fahrenheit. Had to have some heat on the control but it worked pretty good. Pork butt turned out awesome. This is not our only cooker but it gets used couple times a week. My only complaint would be that the grill is pretty light duty. I guess I do have one more complaint - the control will lock on the timer and won’t scroll. Need to power off and on to get it work. Overall all pretty good unit.

Zero support dosnt work no warrenty
I am absolutely infuriated with this purchase I bought this grill and on the very first burn Found out that the fan wouldn’t change speeds it just stayed on I put in a warranty request uploaded all of my documents even though there is zero support phone available so everything was done through the website it’s been over a month I still haven’t even been able to use the grill I need a new computer module on the board one of the solders came loose on the power. Cannot get anyone on the phone . Ridiculousness . The website sucks and there’s no way to order the part .

Beware
The grill is a great idea but is lacking thorough user documentation. The grill arrived quickly after ordering but was missing paint in one small area (too bad, just put some cooking oil on it so it doesn't rust!), the controller kept turning off during the first use (needs an undocumented firmware update to fix it), and the antenna connector on the controller was not factory assembled correctly so it spins freely (broken). A warranty claim for a new controller already! Unfortunately, once the box is opened it can no longer be returned. Even if you find it's damaged and doesn't work out of the box!

Destroys pellet grill!
I bought the gravity fed 560 about a month ago and have used it everyday since. The food this thing puts out, along with the ease of it, is unparalleled. You have the flavor and heat of a charcoal grill, but with the conventionality of a pellet grill. Pellet grills are nice but you will never get one to go up to 700 degrees to dear a good steak, and this one does it in a blink of an eye. I can fire this baby up and if I need to run down the road I'm not worried because I can check the temp of my grill and my meat on my app. If you're scrolling through the reviews trying to convince yourself to buy one, stop right here and add this bad joker to the cart. You have my seal of approval.

Life Changing
I bought the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 Digital Charcoal Grill + Smoker a few months ago and it has changed my life for the better! Gone are the days of my traditional gas grill where I would occasionally cook burgers or dogs. Now are the days of Pork Butt, Ribs, Ribs, Ribs (did I say Ribs?) & Brisket! We're talkin' TRUE BBQ!!!! I've also smoked several whole chickens and even Spatchcocked this year's Christmas Turkey!!!! (I didn't even know I could DO that!) Don't waste time with pellets, this thing burns your choice of charcoal. The charcoal makes the difference. I get compliments whenever I fire up the Masterbuilt...when I hadn't even put the meat on yet!!!

Amazing! The flavors are incredible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this smoker as an introduction into this cooking style. We had an old propane BBQ that was on it's way out - our meals kept coming out cooked in certain areas and not so much in others and we were having to spice and flavor meats more than neccessary. Once we got the 560 Charcoal grill all of that completely changed! The grill is heavy but very easy to assemble and get ready for it's maiden voyage. I enjoy using the computer because it's so easy and intuitive to use. Inside the grill is master crafted and can hold a ton of food. Folks the flavors of your food will never be the same again!

This thing is magic but keeps breaking!
I have replaced my 560 twice, and the one I have now only partially works. The issues seem to revolve around two things:
1. the electronics and sensors keep malfunctioning and they tend to MELT when flare-ups happen or when you are running hot for searing.
2. I have ruined three cooks (slow smoke brisket and pork butts) with massive out of control flare-ups) ...
It breaks my heart, but I am about to abandon this product ... stop recommending it to my friends. The thing is awesome and I love it ... but I can't keep replacing parts and returning units that don't operate as intended.
