Description

This tube cutter from Master Plumber can be used to cut up to 1 1/2 in diameter pipes. It's great to cut plastic (CPVC, PVC, ABS, PEX), vinyl and rubber tubing. Its ratchet cutting action allows one-handed tool operation. It also features a contoured, non-slip grip handle, as well as a quick-release blade reset system. Additionally, a safety latch keeps the cutter's hardened stainless steel blade in closed position when not in use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HomeDIY29 from Great tool! I purchased this tool to cut out a section of ABS pipe that had developed a leak. The pipe was in the ceiling and space was tight. I didn't want to use a hack saw because of limited space and I wasn't going to spend $160 on a battery powered pipe cutter. This tool was amazing!!! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Worked great in tight spaces and the ratchet action makes cutting PVC/ ABS pipe easy. Highly recommended.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Epiic from Not great Each ratchet step is too large and the blade is not sharp enough. It's fine for pipes 1" and smaller but 1.5" does not work. It just crushes the pipe until it explodes.
