What a hunk of junk
Purchased this set 2.5 years ago and the whole interior of the grill has rusted out, making it completely useless, and now the body of the grill is rusting. It's a very large investment to not be able to use after just 2.5 years. Trying to get parts from Master Forge/Lowes for almost 2 months now, and has proven to be just a huge headache and disappointment. In store they sell replacement parts for most Grill's, all but their own brand. Save your money and buy a Napoleon and get a 10-15 year warranty

Complete disappointment
Bought 3 years ago the whole kitchen set...All the other parts are still looking great but the actual grill!! Spent over 5K on it and we can’t even use the main part of our outdoor kitchen!! To say we are disappointed is a very small statement!! The inside of the grill is completely rusted including some of the screws so we can’t even take it a part to replace the parts!! At this amount, I would expect to be enjoying this grill for at least 10 years but not even 3 is ridiculous!! I have written to Master Forge and leaving a comment here in the hope that we can get taken care of and continue to enjoy our outdoor kitchen...None of the other component has been an issue except for the grill and we actually love the look of it...
Hoping to hear from the company to regain some trust!!

DO NOT BUY!!!!
I not one to leave Reviews,. I went in to Lowe’s to see if I could purchase grates and other parts for the unit with no luck. I ha w has this unit for 2 seasons it has been covered and taken care of. The interior of the unit has completed ROTTED, it’s not even safe to cook on anymore as I feel it’s a health hazard for the family. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Great skin........ poor bones!
When I purchased the entire Master Forge Outdoor Kitchen I was in aw. It looked incredible, came pre-built and functioned masterfully for over a year. Over time I noticed the stainless steel components start to carburize and deteriorate. The shields are falling apart, the grating is loosing its surface coating and peeling, the burners are now fouled badly which creates a poor heating surface with very uneven areas. The kitchen is still a thing of beauty from the outside but the components are sub grade. My last BBQ was a Vermont Castings model that lasted 14 years without a single problem? Sexy? no! The entire BBQ was well made throughout. As a buyer I am very unhappy with how the components performed.

Cheap stainless steel
Bought this grill several years ago. I had to replace the grills already as the metal flakes apart. Also the ‘stainless steel’ knobs and doors are rusting - a sign of cheap stainless steel. The base is also rusting where it’s painted metal.

Great Design but Poor Quality
I have had this grille for 5 years. All the burners are all rusted out and burning unevenly. 10 years warranty on the burners came in handy. Hopefully the replacement burners will last for 5 more years.

Listen to what people are saying.
Do not spend your money .its not worth it .within 3yrs replaced all burners. It is now 6yrs old and needs new everything .it looks beautiful and cooks well but when you're spending that kind of money you want it to last. Keep the recipe for warranty purposes you will need it.
