Bring old one back to Lowe’s , they have to reorder the faucet , mine also cracked at the base, they replaced it for me 

 We had to change the faucet to  run hot water it only came running cold water.

Yes, it comes with a fitted cover, just be sure to drain the water from the sink drain and tap. Left mine out all winter, no issues..

Yes, orifices, tools, and instructions come with it. You need to add your own supply hose. Basic steps, remove burner, undo air shutter, move to ng from lpg position, swap 1.02 to 1.45mm orifice, reassemble, turn stop inside gas valve all the way ccw. Swap hose/regulator combo for quick connect ng hose. Repeat for each burner. Note - completely reversible conversion to go back to propane if you save 1.02 orifices. I have both the sink and bbq unit and the conversion was the same for both, varies a bit based on type of burner, but simple and well thought out. Ignore other comments on here about things not fitting, a standard 3m natural gas hose has exactly the same flare nut as the stock propane regulator hose.

There is a braided stainless line ending in a female thread fitting, you can hook this up to whatever water supply you want - adapt to hose, pressure tank with water, permanent from house, etc. The sink drain is fitted with flex hose similar to sump pump hose. Stick in a bucket, run to a ditch, or hook up to a trapped drain in your house. Up to you, and really depends what you intend to use the sink for - washing hands, probably on the ground is fine, preparing raw meat, properly disposing of the water is going to be necessary.

Any single hole faucet will work just fine, hot cold both, your choice if you swap the included one.
