I have a window in my shower is it possible to cut out the window area? how easy is it to cut?
I would say no it’s probably not possible and an expensive experiment. The surround comes out from the wall a bit and it’s fairly thick, not easy to cut like a normal tub surround.

Will any tub/shower door system work with this product or does it have to be a specific Maax product?

Can this be installed onto plywood that's already screwed onto the wall studs, or do I have to remove the existing plywood? I would think the plywood should be fine as long as the dimensions are correct and it's plumb.

How tolerant is the system for non-plumb walls, as in older homes? Do the walls need to be perfectly plumb and square?

We thank you for your interest towards our Utile products. However, the unit must be perfectly plumb and square, if your walls are not plumb, you may use shims behind the flanges to make up for that.
Our installation does have a section showing you how to proceed with this.

Is there a preferred model of MAAX acrylic bathtub recommended for use with this product?

We thank you for your interest towards our Utile products. There are indeed a few models of bathtubs that are compatible with the Utile walls, the New Town 105454-000-001 (https://www.lowes.ca/search/105454-000-001.html?iterm=105454-000-001) and the Bosca.
