Description

Designed to simplify the installation of freestanding bathtubs, the "F2" drain by MAAX(R) is quick and easy to use to save you time on installation by performing a quick leak test before completing the installation. No need to demolish the ceramic to access the plumbing. The drain is compatible with most popular MAAX(R) freestanding bathtubs. The minimum space required for assembly is 10 5/8". This product is backed by a 1-year warranty. Proudly made in Canada.

Floor opening must be between 4-1/2 in. and 6 in. diameter
Tub can be installed without access from underneath reducing the time of installation
Leak test can be done before completing the installation for peace of mind
Access drain and faucets, without any breakage

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mikeoshawa from Great product I was skeptical about purchasing this item after reading the reviews at lowes.ca, the great part is if you dig further there are people who had no issue with installation much like myself. Now I have 8 inch joists and managed to make it work with a 1-1/2" trap It's not as per design but it works it seals and is removable. No leakage. I just used a plumbing strap to hold it all in place and didn't utilize the gray housing. I probably could have modified it and screwed it to the underside of the floor but didn't.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Axka from F2Drain ABS J'ai acheté ce produit. Aucune information, ni instruction pour l'installation. La photo du produit laisse croire que les tuyaux viennent avec la base grise. Il n'y a rien d'autre que la fixation grise. Très décue.
