This Duel sliding bathtub door by Maax will add a touch of elegance to your bathroom. It includes two sliding clear glass panels that open on both sides for easy access on either side. The chrome finish design of the railings and handles give this frameless door a modern look. Proudly made in Canada.
- Fits finished bathtub width of 56.5 in. to 59 in
- Bottom track 3-in wide
- 5/16 in. (8 mm) clear tempered glass with Lotus glass protection
- Fits tub showers with 55-1/2 in. wall clearance, glass extends to 59 in
- Available in 4 finishes: chrome, matte black, brushed nickel and dark bronze

Est-il possible d'ouvrir les deux portes coulissantes en même temps de sorte qu'elles soient centrée?
Oui il est possible d’ouvrir les deux portes au centre, par contre cela va réduire la largeur de l’accès à une ouverture impratiquable. Mais si c’est pour atteindre les robinets par exemple c’est possible.

Unfortunately not. The Duel door is only available in chrome, brushed nickel, dark bronze or matte black.
It is not offered in gold.

Looks great with MAAX tub/shower
Item arrived at my local store just one week after the tub was installed (the plumbing contractors don't install the doors?). Glass is heavy even for a tub/shower, so two people are needed for mounting the glass. The wall anchor installation step did not say what size drill bit to use - the instructions list " 1/4-inch " bit needed, but when the anchor was needed the instructions do not note that.
The anchors in the kit do not hold well to just the walls of the tub/shower and we used different anchors instead and the screw held onto the anchors. The anchors in the kit will rotate inside the tub/shower wall or strip the inside of the anchor when attempting to tighten them. I went to a hardware store and got better anchors. After ome minor issues overcame, the doors are in. And it looks and operates as expected. The treatment on the glass makes the water just drip down.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this door.
