Rated 1 out of 5 by John from I'm Going to Request a Refund After less than a week my security system started "chirping." The display said the battery was low. I called the company at 10:00 p.m. Surely it couldn't be the new battery that I just installed ! In talking with the person who could monitor my system, he confirmed that the recently-installed battery was low and needed to be replaced. Since the batteries came in a two-pack, and since it was 10:00 p.m. and the town is 10 miles away, I installed the second battery so that the "sounding" would stop. I don't know if the second battery is defective or not, but at over ten dollars a pack, I'm going to return the one battery in its original package and ask for a refund.

Rated 4 out of 5 by alfer from Almost free! If you try to buy these at a drug store or camera shop, you'll pay up to $9 each for them! When I found a two-Pack for about $4, I thought it was a mistake. The shelf tag read "Surefire" CR123 Lithium cells, but the Energizers were on the peg, with no Surefires in sight, so the clerk gave 'em to me anyway. Two cells in a blister-pak are up to $19 at CVS. If you need a lithium 3V battery with a 10-year shelf life, these are your huckleberries!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Feena from Long lasting battery! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this battery 2 weeks ago for my Nikon. Most batteries only last a very short while with me using my camera in video mode. (Maybe 45 minutes. Well, the other night I put this battery in my camera. It was my son's Spring program at school. My camera powered up super fast. I was able to take multiple pictures without any lagging. The best part... I video shot the entire 2 hour performance and the battery meter barely moved from "FULL". I will definitely get a few more as back ups.

It is really hard to comment on the 10 year shelf like since I can’t imagine a situation where I would have a batters sitting around for that long, but I suppose if you misplaced it and were able to use it when you found it a decade later... I tossed this puppy in a light meter at my office that tends to burn through batteries fairly quickly. Works great and seems to be holding on a bit longer than the brand I was previously using. No complaints.

Package was easy to open and battery was easy to remove. Have had the battery in the flash light for well over a week now with hours of every day use and haven’t had any issues with dimming or inconsistent lighting. It also seems like the light is brighter than it was before. Which is a huge plus!Really love this battery and will probably stick to only buying this Energizer lithium battery from now on.

I have a total of 3 in home. I used this battery in my camera at the front door outside which is connected to my doorbell. I'm so impressed with this battery as it had already surpassed my expectations in the camera. My feed stays on much longer, the recording quality is better as well as my overall life expectancy of the battery itself is much longer. I would definitely recommend this battery and brand to anyone using in the same capacity as I do. It's a brand that I already trusted, so I was ready and willing to give this a try in my household and submit my opinion. Purchasing more is a must! Definitely holds up and past the test for my cameras!
