Great Product and Excellent Customer Service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install. Might need two people if you lack upper body strenght. I've owned this tetherball set for roughly a month, although I've only used it once. Pumped up the ball for the first time and there was a microscopic hole that deflated after a few hits. Contacted customer service and they are in the process of sending out a replacement ball, for free. Their customer service team is currently overwhelmed at the moment due to Covid-19/Quarantine--everybody is buying new activities to play outside so it's no surprise! Be patient and their team will take care of you.

Great Fun!
Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. Tons of fun. We've played on this for hours. Especially love the soft ball...better than the ones on the playground. Might want to update the photo on here though. It shows a white area whereas mine is yellow.

Great Customer Service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for my son for his birthday and it has been a big hit. Not just with the kids either. We've had adults play tetherball for the first time in years. It's been a blast.
We did have an issue where the ball attachment point ripped in half within a month of purchase, but again, we had adults playing. Lifetime sent us two new balls free of charge.
We have a tougher ball for the adults now, but the kids much prefer the ones that Lifetime makes.

We love this!! great exercise!!
Pros:"Soft tetherball","Kids and adults all have" Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. Fun for all ages, we've had it set up out front where the neighborhood kids can join in, and moved it to the backyard so we can have a game before and after dinner. Its great.

Tetherball Set
We had this set up on the driveway and would come home to find any kids walking by stopping to play! It's a great product and provides hours of fun for everyone. Our only issue was that the seams on the ball eventually came apart. We have since replaced it.

Pole with a Ball!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this pole and ball compilation one year ago. It has provided many hours of pole and ball fun. The kids do just looove to hit the ball, which connected by an included rope, will go around the pole. It is educational. Physics concepts like centripetal force and collisions are demonstrated with this ball and pole combination, but that is not the reason to buy it. The reason to buy it is to add more pole and ball fun to your life.

Great quality for price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love this. We set it up during the summer not far from the basketball hoop. They go back and forth between the two and come up with fun games. Ah the imagination of kids! I do wish the base were just a bit larger. When the adults hop in and play we can get a little crazy and I think a heavier base would help. Other than that this is the perfect pairing for a swing set, dome climber, or basketball hoop.

Great product, kids love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been really fun. The kids love to play it and it has withstood heavy winds. The ball rope is easy to snap off if I want to store it during a storm. I did take off the plug for the water and it fell into the base. I sent an email to lifetime asking if replacements were available and the next day I got an email that they were in the mail and I received them a few days later. Excellent customer service!
