Perfect Little Machine
We absolutely love this little machine. It’s perfect for small loads. If you got a couple things that you need washed it’s perfect. It’s also great for delicate loads. We use it more than we thought we would. If someone lived in an apartment, this would be a great little machine for them.

Little Powerhouse!
This little powerhouse has been a game changer! I used to wash my undergarments and delicates in a garment bag in the regular washing machine and I always felt like it was such a waste for such a small load. Now I can wash my delicates in the sidekick at the same time as my regular wash or just whenever I need to wash them since it operates independently of the regular washing machine.
And don't let the small size fool you because it is a powerhouse! It washes just as well as the regular large machine and it is much quieter than you'd expect!
I love this sidekick so much that we bought a second one to go under the dryer! Yes, you can put one under your dryer as well!!

Love This Little Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Sidekick two years ago and have never regretted it. I use it more than I though I would. It's great for small loads that just won't work with other loads, single items that must be washed separately, and a new item that you want to wash before wearing but don't want to wash in the large washer. I also like that, since it's a pedestal, I can put a laundry hamper on it to put clothes in or take them out of the main washer. I'm tall and need the extra height. The only complaint I have is you have to dry it after use (which isn't hard to do) and leave the lid open for a few hours to ensure the whole thing dries out or it will get mildewy. The good news is, if this does happen, it has a tub wash feature.

Still doesn't work.
It worked well for a week and then lost all power. The repair team came out, two weeks later. It powers up now but still flashes the E 7 code with the button correctly pushed in. So, it still does not work.

Oh Snap!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer was mostly ignored for three years. And then it was delicately treasured and simply great this year. And then, in its greatness, the latch snapped during a handwash cycle. Then … I found out that no one repairs the LG pedestal washers.

Quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used the product all the time, and liked it. But the hinge is terribly designed. It broke on one of the sides after about two years of regular use. It's a little plastic piece that no longer allows the lid to close and it's effectively been unused now for almost 2 years. It's not worth the money.
