I love the sleek look with the ice and water on the inside. However, it does not make a lot of ice. Also, there is no way to access the ice maker if it were to break. I’ve tried adding additional bagged ice to the tray to fill it up, but then the drawer won’t close because of how low the ice maker sits into the tray. It’s just not a good design. Other then that, I love how much space there is in the refrigerator section. And I love having two freezer drawers. I’d recommend this fridge if you don’t need a lot of ice.

The two freezer drawers are awesome and open and close very smoothly. My only issues are: 1)There is no light in the bottom freezer compartment. 2) The water from the dispenser is TERRIBLE. I was really looking forward to getting rid of my Brita and dispensing drinking water straight from the fridge. Even with the installed filter, the water tastes overwhelmingly of plastic. This cannot be safe to drink. Back to the Brita! I am really disappointed that I cannot use the water dispenser, as I chose this model partially based on this feature. Everything else about the fridge is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our new refrigerator with 2 freezer drawers and French door refrigerator! So easy to see all the food we have, so now we waste little to no food and everything is organized and easy to find. We also like the filtered water option inside the fridge and the smudge-resistant exterior surface. It looks modern and sleek. We were initially concerned about the poor customer service reports when researching the brand, but it turns out that the overall quality, design, and customer satisfaction of LG products was higher than all other brands, so we decided to give LG a try. So far, so good.

I was uncertain about the 2 drawer freezer before we got it; however, that feature has been one of the best things about the unit! I wonder how we functioned with the side by side that we previously had! The upper refrigerator has plenty of room for us and the water dispenser on the inside is great for us because of small grandkids that would love to push the water button if it were available to them on the outside of the door! This is the first LG appliance we have owned and could not be happier with it!

It was covid and we needed a replacement it was available and it fit. However after using it for this time period i realized i didn’t purchase for our family use well. You can’t get a head of cauliflower or broccoli in drawer without cutting it up. The veggie drawer is not deep enough for a big veggie eating family same for fruit drawer. The ice maker is set to max and never provides enough ice for family of four. While i like the bottom freezer drawer pull out i have not found a way to keep things organized or we have Trouble closing the drawers

To start it looks great, clean and smooth finish. It has great inside lighting and lots of space, easy to organize food into sections. The two drawer freezer makes it easy to organize food and retrieve items without having to move food around. I have wireless temperature sensors in both the freezer and fridge to monitor the temps and both fridge and freezer maintain the perfect set temperatures. The inside water dispenser is great, it puts out nice cool water which tastes good, no more using store bought water bottles. I would definitely recommend this model to everyone.

It took longer to cool to the desired temperature in the upper part, and the door compartments didn't cool to below 40º - until we move more food back into it. Once it was about 1/2 full (this has more useable space than our previous of the same size) the temperatures throughout the refrigerator compartment was much more even, all 36-38º F. The door compartments are much more roomy and convenient than our previous unit. The freezer unit has maintained the set temperature, 0ºF consistently. The alarm when the door is left open is very helpful.

This is larger and we like the inside water-fill feature. The first drawer of the freezer contains the icemaker. We like the LED lighting and roller bearings on internal fridge drawers instead of plastic binding on plastic. The ice maker has a large capacity hopper. However, the icemaking rate is slower than we need. I have to push the ice speed button on the top edge of right door jamb every day and it barely keeps up with our needs. A faster icemaker would be nice. Overall, a superior refrigerator/freezer.
