Description

Next generation of siding and window sealant that offers maximum durability and application performance for use in any condition interior or exterior. It has been proven to stick on wet and cold surfaces and offers long term durability against the harmful effects of sun exposure. Unlike traditional solvent sealants, LePage QUAD MAX is resistant to bubbling and has no shrinkage. Proven wet surface application. Better flexibility: 5x stretch & ± 50% joint movement. Consistent bead in hot or cold temperatures: -18°C to 60°C application. 24 hour fast cure for quicker protection. Paintable in 1 hour. Strong adhesion to more building. Materials without primer. Enhanced UV resistance. Manufacturer's warranty.

Ecological Attributes

This product is certified by GREENGUARD (Gold), attesting that it has less of an impact on indoor air quality. The concentrations of the total volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and formaldehyde are less than 0.22 mg/m3 and respect emission limits for more than 360 VOCs, reducing the impact on human health in the home.

You need a caulking gun to use this product if you are considering purchasing it! It dried in the appropriate amount of time and had a nice finish!

It doesn’t come with a caulking gun so you need to have one already. I used it on my windows because it had a crack that needed to be sealed, it works pretty well and I like that it doesn’t have a very strong smell too

In the last month, I was looking for a sealant to seal me glassdoor in standing shower. Tried some other brand sealant but was not able to hold the door. I applied this twice and it’s been two weeks, the sliding door is sealed and not moving.

The product is very sticky though so cleaning up a mistake is not easy. Used this to seal my backyard door where I had a lot of ants coming through.
