Description
This sealant for doors, windows and sidings is performance-packed and durable. It is designed to face any weather conditions. It is used for outdoor and indoor projects. It adheres to all materials regardless of their condition (wet, humid or even frozen) and offers long-term durability against the adverse effects of continual exposure to sunlight. Lepage QUAD MAX sealant fights bubbling and shrinking. The product is flexible and stretches to better stick to surfaces and adapt to the movement of joints. The application is done in temperatures between -18 C and 60 C. The drying is fast and is done in 24 hours. The clear formulation can be painted within one hour.

Simple, easy and very smooth application!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recieved this a few months ago but only am getting to test it now because of the cold winter weather. It is so easy to apply, very smooth application. I love that it is clear so that it will not change the look of what I am applying it to. So far it’s worked amazing, we will see how it holds up through the winter.

Great sealant !

Pretty good
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) It’s a very thick sealant which is good. It doesn’t come with a caulking gun so you need to have one already. I used it on my windows because it had a crack that needed to be sealed, it works pretty well and I like that it doesn’t have a very strong smell too

Transparent strong sealant

In the last month, I was looking for a sealant to seal me glassdoor in standing shower. Tried some other brand sealant but was not able to hold the door. I applied this twice and it’s been two weeks, the sliding door is sealed and not moving.

Easy to use!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The sealant is great for those taking up DIY projects at home. The product is very sticky though so cleaning up a mistake is not easy. Used this to seal my backyard door where I had a lot of ants coming through.

Winter ready windows!
