I was wondering if I could make the lights white instead of a warm light?
It looks like they only come with the one temperature setting so you wouldn't be able to change the color. You can only change the brightness.

How many switches come with this package? And how many dimmer switch can I put to this kit? Ex, can I use 8 for kitchen, 8 for living room, And 8 for dining each on their Own switch? Or are the all on 1 switch?

Nous les adorons! L'installation est super facile. Conçu pour les nuls en électricité comme on disait en riant. Il faut faire confiance à la grosseur du olsa qui est écrit sur les instructions. On avait un doute, mais c'est parfait. Nous avons 2 petites déceptions: 1) ils sont SUPER FRAGILES au grafignement. Alors attention quand vous les l'avez s'il y a eu de la saleté dessus durant les travaux. Le matériel absorbe la saleté on dirait. Donc un autre fini aurait été davantage appréciable. Et nous aurions aimé que ce modèle offre aussi le blanc froid, pas seulement blanc doux ou entre blanc doux et froid. Avec un gradateur blanc froid aurait été parfait aussi.

Complete asement renovation - best thing I bought
I bought a 24 pack of this light, plus four extra singles. They were so much easier to install than old fashioned pot lights, all 28 work perfectly and they dim far better than any other LED lights I've ever seen. No flicker and a really good range (they don't just cut out when they get half dimmed). I'm a grumpy old guy and almost never leave product reviews but I am so happy with this product.
