Description

Boomerang recycled interior paint by Laurentide can be applied in most rooms of the house, on walls and ceilings. Premium acrylic latex paint with a beautiful velvet finish. Moonlight white colour. 3.78 L format.

Ecological Attributes

This paint is certified by ECOLOGO® (UL 2760: Surface Coatings - Recycled Water-borne) for products made using a minimum of 50% recycled post-consumer paint. It allow to preserve non renewable resources and improve indoor air quality. This certification also ansure that the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) content for this pain is under 150 g/l, which allows for better indoor air quality and reduces the negative impacts on human health.

Rated 1 out of 5 by himalayankitty37 from Inconsistent Colour I purchased 2 pails of the Moonlight white for my son's room. Once I had emptied the first pail I opened the second. At first glance it looked like it had a grey tinted, so I mixed it more and finished the rest of the room's second coat. As I got to the end sure enough I noticed it was a different tint entirely. I went around over everything again. Two hours later and I am still seeing white under this grey white tint in spots. Yes I know it's a cheaper paint, but when Rona had their previous recycled paint I NEVER has this problem.

It applied well, good hiding ability, low voc, and I liked the color. 2 minor issues, the plastic lid requires 2 screwdrivers to remove. There was a lingering minor odor that lingered for a few days. Not a noxious voc odor but I mild aroma. Worth it for the environmental benefits. The price is also excellent.

Used for my garage which really desperately needed painting. I did 2 coats but it actually was great with just 1. It is a really nice colour white - and hardly any smell. I used two gallons for a large two car garage with a little left over for touch-ups. A big undertaking but looks excellent. I comfortably recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Eley from Off white Not terrible paint but it’s definitely not a true white. It’s off white with a slight beige/grey undertone. I primed and painted with this paint and every room looks like it’s a slightly different colour. I’m not mad at it, wish this was advertised as “off white”.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Simon.B from Très décevant... et toxique ?!? Couvre très mal. J'ai besoin de trois couche pour une couleur Argile clair par dessus un blanc bien normal. Après bientôt 2 mois, une odeur de peinture persiste encore dans la chambre de mon garçon... Nous avons essayé plusieurs trucs d'absorption d'odeur... sans résultat. Je m'inquiète pour sa santé.
