After i completed the installation, i managed to clear all code but could not enter any codes. Every time i tried to enter a code it gave me an error

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rmf644 from Electronic Deadbolt Bought 3 locks while on sale last week. First lock was installed, program and working in 15 minutes. Second lock wasn’t as smooth as first installation programming went smoothly except wouldn’t lock or unlock without key. Almost tried everything without success except “Set Locking and Unlocking Direction.“ as soon as I entered above directions BINGO.

This lock is ok for regular home but my house is in millions so I would replace it Same customer complain after 4 hours working on it couldn't line up in and out plates this is nothing to do with the product it is you, than other customer say couldn't program it, Again is not the lock it is you, this is so easy to clean off the original code and so easy to program your own code so easy and work perfect, If you just think You could do it but you don't know how ask Henry man friend don't just think I could but just guessing wouldn't be smart idea, If you can't read instruction get same of the young one to do it for you and make sure go step by step start from # 1 not from 5 or from back to the front,,, 1--2--3--4--5--6 and on and on THAN LOCK WORK PERFECT

Rated 1 out of 5 by HJPCA from Wears Quickly Install was fine and it worked for approximately 2 year when buttons started to be intermittent eventually leading to not being able to use it as the 2 outside buttons on both sides do not work and as it involves 0 and 1 - can not reset and use a different code. Only the key lock works now
