Description

This Kreeg outdoor wall-mounted heat pump is low-noise, features one of the most compact designs and comes with the highest quality standards. Its 25-feet flexible copper piping is overlayed with an insulating protective sheath and is already precharged with R-410a refrigerant. Kreeg heat pumps can be safely installed in as little as 2 hours. This 18,000 BTU unit is designed to cover a maximum area of 1650 square feet. Backed by a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labour, and a 5-year limited warranty on the compressor. No return to the store (repairs to the customer only). Product only available in selected stores.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mrdoob from Easy Install I bought this heat pump about a month ago and finally found the time to install it. The installation went pretty smoothly. The hardest part was drilling the hole in the concrete wall of my basement. And even that went well with the right tools that I rented. I had previously installed another heat pump that I had to use a vacuum pump to remove the air from the lines. This was a lot simpler with the pre-charged pipes. It has only been running for a couple of days, but so far I am happy with my purchase. We will see a bit more how it performs this winter. I also set up a Sensibo Sky (Wi-Fi / Google remote control) so that I can control the unit from anywhere. That also functions very well. All in all, I would recommend this heat pump to anyone who is a DIY person and wants the comfort of AC and heat in their home at a pretty low cost to install.
