Rated 4 out of 5 by Cepriu from Works as described There is a little trick needed with this flapper, the chain has to be adjusted precisely, then it falls just in place. The only complaint is if these flappers lasted longer than a year or two, because I noticed that after 1 or 2 years they start leaking. Also, it's overpriced for what it is.
