Rated 2 out of 5 by Mugé from Disappointed! I was very impressed by the mechanics, no tools needed, looks sturdy. Korky toilet bowl handle has a revolutionary design. YET, it fails in the visual and operational aspects. It is lacking product dimensions detail information on the packaging. We are limited to purchasing online, but even if I were to purchase in store, one assumes a standardized product size. The handle is too long, passes the width of the toilet bowl and I have an old bowl which is large. This thing looks like a clown's shoe, over-extended. As you can see on the photos, our toilet is very close to the wall, and due to the unusual length of the handle, flushing was nearly to impossible, scratched the wall and got stuck. Visually, not only does the handle not complement the overall balance of the design, the brushed nickel is too dark, and not like any brushed nickel faucets, etc., I bought before. It is plain ugly. In terms of flushing, it didn't have enough movement to get a good flush like the other standard handles. I found a shorter handle made by Korky on another website, although I love the Korky QuietFill Valve, the handle is a disappointment, and therefore, didn't even want to purchase a shorter handle by this brand again. For the price of $23, I expected better quality. Will return.
