Hi if I’m installing your 48 wide gate onto cement I would need 2 posts .my question is how wide are the posts and how wide should I make the opening for this gate?

Rated 4 out of 5 by Robians from Pleasantly Surprised It's always a bit of a gamble buying something on the basis of its description on the web, but this time, it was a positive outcome. The gate is extremely well made and, because it is aluminum, far lighter than you might expect. All parts are well made, with no hint of production shortcuts that so often disappoint. The final mounted product looks great and functions smoothly. The only drawback is with the assembly instructions, which need more detail and a good copy edit! Eventually, I found a How-To video from Kool-Ray on You Tube and it made everything clear. Of particular note, you have to position some parts and use the self-tapping screws to make the receiving hole - they are not pre-drilled. This is not a big deal once you've watched the video to learn this "missing" fact. Overall, the finished product lends class to the entrance for our garden, and we're pleasantly surprised.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Wynarden from Looks good Just screwed it together. Quite difficult, especially when 2 screws have to be inserted from both sides into the same area. Broke drill bits trying. Must be a design fault. Also gussets have a long and short side, not mentioned in the instructions
