Rated 5 out of 5 by homebound-hubby from Nice product Saw this matching soap dispenser on kohlers site and decided to purchase from Lowes. Easy install and matches the bellerina faucet by kohler. Did knock down 1 on rating due to price, but that seems to be the trend with all Kohler products. Still new but so far so good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by RSG from Poor quality I purchased the traditional design K1893C-VS soap dispenser 2 years ago and the soap stem corroded and just fell off into the kitchen sink. We do not have hard water and our Kohler stainless sink and faucets have been fine. The stem of this dispenser is constructed from an inexpensive alloy that obviously has a short life span. Kohler should honor a warranty longer than one year on a product that has had many customer complaints with the same stem problem.

Heavy cast iron construction, poor quality. Tip rotted out. Warranty misleading. Moem, American and other brands do offer lifetime wareanty
