MINIATURE spout will not work with most standard size sink / vanity installs
My fault for missing the measurement, but I'm not sure how people are making these work. The 6.25" spout makes it incredibly difficult to not have water splashing out of your sink.
I thought this might be an issue when I purchased, but double checked and noticed that Kohler claimed to sell the spout in 3 different sizes. OK backup options. Turns out none of the other promised spouts exist, at least in Matte black (fairly common color) , Service part #'s 1014555 and 1014556. So the Kohler rep that posted that there were other options in the previous "miniature" review is incorrect.
There only other option that would improve my issue, although It was not the style I wanted is the 90 degree spout, 1015783, which interestingly Kohler charges the same amount for as the entire faucet cost me.

Kudos that Kohler has a large inventory to replace 2014 Purist wall mounted faucet
We had to replace the original purist widespread wall mount faucet and trim purchased in 2014. All replacements (exterior faucet and interior cartridges) were available and exact to update our bathroom

Pretty, but....
Not sure if its the way the handles were installed or not, but they aren't perfectly straight when they are turned off. It's a little disappointing.
