Spout broke
Spout broke right at one year. I see it happened to another reviewer as well. That makes 2 so far. Sounds like a manufacturing defect for sure! They should absolutely extend the warranty on this item, it's a bad look for Kohler.

soap dispenser
My soap dispenser is 4 years old and has broken. We have only adults in the house and not sure why this product would break. It's unfortunate this happened and am wondering if there is anything Kohler can do.
