Valve Will NEVER Look This Way
It's sad that a company as big as Kohler, with such a good design sense can't make these products truly work better. Because this valve doesn't have a double spline for setting the off position of knob, you will NEVER get it to go perfectly vertical when fully off. Other manufacturers have designed their valves to work and be installed with this level of precision, but not Kohler. I call this a fail.
