Two are leaking - one of them upon installation!
We installed one in a new bathroom 8-9 months ago and it started leaking near the ball joint. If we turned the direction of the shower head it only became worse. We had a handyman look at and he suggested I call the plumbing supply store. They sent a replacement. We brought in a plumber even though it’s an easy install because it’s a brand new shower. The second one leaked immediately in the same way. It’s leaking from the ball joint and spraying everywhere. The plumber feels it’s defective or a design issue. Either way - 2 Katalyst shower heads with the same issue. All of our faucets are Kohler - I expect so much more from Kohler.

Warm shower of rain water.
Awesome! What a word for a shower but it is true. I cannot believe how wonderful the waterfall of this shower head. One of the best purchases I have made.

Beautiful product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shower head has great design made in quality material. The Katalyst feature was one reason for choosing Kohler, and the other was the American story of success and innovation of this company. Seeing it in the showroom convinced me. I am very happy with the two we bought. My husband installed them smoothly.

Great Pressure!
This shower head is so wonderful, I called my sister and told her that I hoped the shower head I had purchased for my master remodel was as great as the one I had installed in the guest for her and her family. Once it was done and I had to use it while the master was being redone, I fell in love with the pressure and the spray, so I bought it for the master, as well. I bought the 2.5 gpm model.
