Adequate but too expensive
I initially purchase this toilet in 2006 for our new home & thought it was great. It performed as advertised.
We moved and I purchased 2 units for our new home. The configuration of the bowl has changed which seems an improvement however it does not seem to flush as well as the old design.

Flush strength is Totally inadequate
Just installed this Cimerron and it takes three flushes to get liquid waste to be completely flushed. i removed a 40 year old toilet that worked fine but was just outdated. The flush is not powerful enough to push solid or liquid waste. I went through all the recommendations on Kohler's site and feel that the design is flawed. As a design professional myself putting this in my home, I am very disappointed in this toilet and Kohler. The last 12-16 oz of toilet water always remains at the bottom of the toilet bowl and does not push through.

Having the same problem as the plumber reported with getting the tank to stop leaking.
The first toilet I bought was broken and I had to return it. The second one was missing the wax ring and mounting bolts. My biggest complaint is the leak between the tank and the bowl. Tried 6 times, removing and reinstalling it and it still leaks.

Good Quality
I bought this one month before, it looks nice and works well.. But the flush is not strong as I expected and you need to keep your hand on the handle for few seconds for a full flush.. I'm not sure if this can be fixed by adjusting the chain inside

Clogs constantly.
When there is a large amount of feces this toilet cannot handle it and it clogs. Also, I have been unable to find an owners-manual or trouble shooting guide on this site.

Flushing not so great
Installed OK. Kohler headlines the great swirling action to keep bowl clean. Sorry, but bowl is NOT kept clean. It took 3 flushes to clean the bowl. This defeats the 1.2 gpf. Granted, most times the bowl will be cleaned OK, but anything poop that sticks to bowl will not get flushed away. I need a toilet for the 2nd bathroom but won't get this model and might not get a Kohler. Returns on an installed toilet isn't possible.
