Sloppy Workmanship
1. The levers are not even in the down position when the water is off. The cold lever is pointed up a bit while the hot is level.
2. The water "splatters" out of the spout. Should be a nice even stream. I took out the filter to see if something was not seated, but no improvement after reassembly.
