As always, I still wanted a push mower and started checking out the usual gas powered models. However, when a neighbor started up their noisy mower this spring, I thought that maybe a quieter electric version would do the job for me for a change this year. This Kobalt comes with the battery and charger. It has a steel deck. It has a mulching option which I require. The 6-position height adjustment is so easy. Speaking of easy, how's push button start sound? And no gas nor oil required!

Rated 5 out of 5 by A Reluctant Boomer from Delightfully surprised I was not expecting it to be so easy to put together, easy to use, nor that it would cut so well, or that the battery would last long enough for me to do the entire grass area around my house. I confess to being a boomer who is resistant to all these new 'devices'. This one has made me reconsider everything I thought I knew! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Robo from The battery seems to last longer than expected. This is my first battery powered mower, and I couldn’t be more pleased. I just moved into a new house May31st, and the grass hadn’t been mowed yet this spring. I was able to easily adjust the cutting height to the highest setting - to avoid damaging the tall grass - and the mower sailed through the workout. I used it for about 45 minutes, and the battery power indicator had only lost one of the three stars! I used it again a few days later with a closer cut - and it still shows two lit power indicators! The mower slowed a bit when going through thicker grass, but I just slowed down a bit and it was fine. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend this mower.

I have to cut my grass twice a week so the grass doesn't get to high. So being it is light weight to push, I'm not exhausted after cutting. I have a big yard so its a plus that the battery time is as stated. It does great going up the slight hill of my ditch. It was simple to put together. My only regret is not buying this sooner!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kwhite from I put it to the test If this mower can handle what we just went through, it can handle anything. My back yard was grown up pretty bad and we had a week of rain delaying the mowing. I was skeptical of a battery powered mower. It's honestly great. It did die multiple times just because the grass was so high. But guess what, you just push the button and it starts right back up. I love how you can adjust the height easily and putting the bag on is really simple. I bought it so I could mow around the pool without worrying about the grass flying around. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the side discharge is plastic and it comes off really easily. It's easy to put it back on but it can be annoying. Really happy with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aaron from After a decent amount of research I decided to choose this mower. I like that it has a steel deck (I feel that a plastic deck wouldn’t hold up as long). Right out of the box it comes ready all you have to do is unfold it. I was able to mow all of my lawn and still had two bars of battery left (my yard is a probably a little less than a 1/4 acre) and had no issues. It has enough power to get the job done and is pretty quiet

Rated 5 out of 5 by zach from Wife loves it We got it to help keep the gas cost down just doing a quarter of are mowing with this helps keeping more gas in the ride mower less fuel getting pumped in it. sofar ok never had one before but my wife can push it with eas to help me and still hear the kids when thier playing around the yard.
