This electric range by KitchenAid is one of the best you can find on the market. Its black stainless steel surface, coupled with its built-in design, will add a sophisticated look to your kitchen. It features 5 independent cooking zones, including a warm zone, that can provide up to 3200 watts of cooking power. Sad no instructions on use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the range, I’m saddened that there is no instructions for use, especially of oven, I can’t even find any on you tube. I’ll never know how to use the steam bake tool. Such an expensive appliance with no operating instructions. I would even pay for a manual

The stoves appearance looks nice.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We bought the range in December, and tried to give the top burners a chance being as it was so different from our previous three Jenn Air ranges. The burners were all overheating so we had a tech come out. He confirmed they were way too hot, brought back new ones. Today, the front left burner is still impossible to use. We can't even keep it on low or simmer as food just burns. We have to stay right by the stove the whole time food is cooking as there have been too many surprises and spoiled food. The other burners are now working normal since the technician came out, but would like to see him back to fix the front left. Also, the silver on the top scratches way too easily, and the stove top is really difficult to clean. The Jenn Air black glass top was a breeze to clean. The oven works fine. Sorry, being as I am sure this is not you wanted to hear.

Very Disappointed
Only lasted about 4 years before oven burners died. While it was working performance was poor, heated very slowly and did not maintain a consistent temperature, often 30 degrees off what it was set to, even with changing the calibration settings. My parents have a similar model with the same issues. Not the quality I would expect from the KitchenAid brand.

Heats quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this range very much. The only problem I am having is trying to so simmer something. The simmer setting is still a rolling boil. I was planning to call the company from which I bought the stove and see if the simmer could be recalibrated. Please advise.
