Is there a way to hang this on the inside of the cabinet door.

This product has two screw slots at the back for mounting onto cabinet door. They require generic screws which can be found at most hardware stores. Thank you for your interest. ORBIS Product Expert

How do you hook the bags

Rated 1 out of 5 by Vic. from Terribly designed Serves it's function as a bin, but that's the extent of what's good about this product. It is designed with so many little grooves and bumps that it's forever in a state of dirty and impossible to fully clean - especially the handle, but also the hinges and lid and other spaces around the opening. The handle is slotted on in such a way that when you hold on to it and flip the bin to dump it, the handle falls off and you drop the bin into the compost pile. The makers obviously did not test drive their product.
