Great product/great customer service
Install was easy. Beautiful piece that has a modern look at a reasonable price. Moreover, I re-installed it in a different location in the house and accidentally broke the glass. Waited for about 2 minutes on the phone, the sales rep was very helpful, and sent a replacement in a matter of days!

Poor Installation Instructions and Design
Instructions were not detailed enough and the order of steps is illogical. Light shade should be closed so bugs can’t get in. Glass shade is difficult to attach. Light looks good after it’s mounted.
