Keter does not stand behind there product.
I purchased this shed in March 2022 , in fall of 2023 left door bottom swivel part broke. Just started using right door, then in winter of 2024 right door bottom swivel part also broke. I contacted Keter and was told warranty had expired. Requested price on bottom swivels parts, small plastic part that slides over bottom of door. They quoted me $49 US., also informed me I would be receiving parts I do not need. So when you exchange US money to Canadian, It works out to 20percent of cost of new one. If you look at designs of new model they have gone to an inside hinge. I'm going to contact Rona and suggest any further purchases from this company they should request spare parts.

GARBAGE SHED
The shed door swivels both sides are broke, swivels are siezed, shed not stored in snow but outside. Shed doors falling off. Thermo expansion of the material is pathetic $450 for garbage. And if they would have answered their telephone, poor Customer, that would be great. This might have circumvented my wrath

Door Closure/Handle Fell Off - Missing Screws
the door handle fell off a few months after install, and I contacted Keter for assistance (twice now) but I'm still waiting after over 2 weeks. I require a new handle, or at the very least all the correct screws that hold this closure onto the door so I can close and lock it. I see that I'm not the only one to have the same issue when reading other reviews. I just need some customer service here!!

Sizing is misleading & missing screws
Just built this "3x4x5" shed, which is really not 3x4x5 at all. Much smaller than the description would lead you to believe.
We were also missing half the screws needed to attach the hinges for the doors.
It assembled fairly well, it seems a bit flimsy. I think it'll do the job but for $378 I wouldn't recommend it.

I had to bring this back - it is not 3ft x 4ft x 5' not even close the measured base is 28" deep and the interior depth is 24.5"
