Description

Dry-set unsanded polymer-modified Portland cement grout for non-vitreous ceramic glazed wall tiles. Mix with water only. For interior grouting installations only. Meets ANSI A118.6 standard. Accommodates narrow joint widths less than 1/8 in. (3 mm) but at least 1/16 in. (1.5 mm).

Ihave a small area to do i don't want to use the whole bag what are the ratio of grout to water for smaller batches thank you

Rated 3 out of 5 by ed18 from Not a bright white Our contractor likes this grout because of ease of use and value; however, beware that it is not a bright white. We purchased subway tiles from the Tile Shop and they are much, much whiter than those at either Home Depot or Lowes. As such, this grout looks more like an antique white with yellowish undertones next to our tiles. I'm not thrilled with the color difference and want to let others know in case they are also looking for a bright white grout.

The only addition I would have is to use a little more sealer (1-2 ounces) than recommended as it set up a little faster than I would have liked. Unless you're a professional, you need a bit more time taking care to make sure all the grout lines are filled. I would definitely use it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by LoJo from Just what we hoped for. As very infrequent tilers we were very happy with the brightness of the white grout. It went on easily but was a little hard to wipe off. I definitely recommend doing a small portion at a time as this grout dries quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GinaT from I just used a tiny amount, but it was very easy i bought this for the color and the ease of use and it was the smallest bag. I read reviews that said this grout wasn't a true white but instead had a warm cast, while the smaller bag had a gray cast. I didn't want gray, so this one I got. I only used a very small amount on ceramic tile I put over a small table top.It was very easy to mix, a little goes a long way, and it was easy to apply. Dried fast and looks great. Tile is always so much easier to clean than a wood panel surface and this was in a bathroom. It also said made for wet/dry areas. I have a ton left, but I think the price and product are good. I would recommend this.

I made a handmade tiles of desert animals for my baby girls room. The grout was super smooth easy to mix dried quickly true to the color as packaged. I will continue in the future to use Mapel to make more mosaics in the future.

With the right tools, materials and elbow grease, my project turned out perfectly and my son and daughter-in-law are thrilled!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bunyon from Used White Grout - worked great I followed directions on bag and had no problem using this white grout on 12 inch by 12 inch Mosaic Tile. Some of the tiles were glass and it does take a number of wipes to finally get all the film of of them

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dawn from Bathroom remodel [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked white to go with my all white bathroom. My tile guy wanted unsanded due to the tight fit. I have no complaints. This was the grout he requested. Looks like what I wanted.
