Rated 5 out of 5 by LSNerd from I can't see using anything else! Until I purchased my Kamado cooker, I had always used the traditional charcoal briquettes. Now I cannot see myself using anything but lump charcoal. This stuff lit easily and burned evenly and lasted a long time. Long enough that I had enough time that after the ribs were done I decided to put some chicken on and it still could have cooked more. Let me also say a little goes a long way!

I have friends who like it but it seems to burn pretty fast and a lot of the pieces are so small they slip between the grate to the bottom of the grill. Based on the reviews, maybe I got a bad bag but I'm not sure I'm ready to purchase another to find out.
