High quality Clamps
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been doing woodworking for about 40 years, and I have used a lot of clamps during that time. These are some of the best clamps I've ever used. The ratcheting mechanism works very positively, and holds without slipping. They are easy to manipulate with one hand. And the ends of each set have a dovetail that mates with the end of the other set, allowing you to clamp double the width of one bar. The pads on the clamp extend down the height of the jaw, giving a better clamping surface than most other bar clamps. The release to allow the jaw to open is very positive, and easy to manipulate. All in all, I found them to be of high quality, and a great tool.

Great clamps!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an antique hall mirror that “fell” off the wall and had a hard landing. I’ve been storing the pieces so it could be repaired. These clamps were just what we needed to glue all the molding pieces back together and then glue to the larger mirror. The clamps were easy to adjust and while I didn’t need the ability to link two together for this project it is a really fantastic feature. The quick release lets you position and adjust the clamps with one hand while holding things in place with the other. Our mirror is ready for Thanksgiving visitors!!

EZ slip will not clamp
Only used a couple times before they failed. Good ideas - extendable and reversible but clutch plates bend easily so the clamp does not hold. Called the company and they offered replacement under “lifetime warranty” but 2 months later and no clamps. They admitted problems with “early production” . They find my reviews unacceptable as all reviews on their website are five star.

Very nice but bend a little
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that the 6" and 12" can be used as spreaders and are resonably solid. They can easily convert from clamps to spreaders in about a minute or so. What I do not like about them is the 12" is slightly flexible when used as a spreader. It works very well as a clamp but flexes and bends as a spreader. The 6" model does not have this trait. It is solid all the time.

Versatile Clamps
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jorgensen E-Z Hold Clamps are versatile and make clamping your projects easy. They can be connected together end-to-end when you need extra length and with the push of a button, the stationary jaw can be flipped to the opposite end of the bar for use as a spreader. The clamping surface of the jaws is large and appears to be made of a hard silicone-like rubber to prevent damaging your workpiece. I tried clamping some soft white pine and it didn't leave any dents in the wood surface. The release mechanism is located between the squeeze handles so you won't be accidentally squeezing the release like on some of the clamps I have. Overall, I would highly recommend these clamps.
(One note: the bars come packaged with a coating of light machine oil and should be wiped off to avoid staining your project.)

Great improvement over my old squeeze clamps!
I have used squeeze clamps for a long time and the 30 yr. old clamps I have are still functional but these are so much better. The Jorgensens stay in place better until you want to release them and then are easier to release. The two added features really up the value of these clamps. 1. They can be changed to spread. 2. Two clamps can be connected to make one longer clamp. Along with that the materials seem very high quality. The pads are twice the length on my old clamps and stay on the arm of the clamp better as well.

Best trigger clamps for the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if these clamps are being discontinued or what, but I can't find them anywhere, or I'd happily get more. For a few bucks less than the pack of Irwin medium duty clamps of the same size, you get a set that includes the push button jaw release feature (exclusive to the more expensive "heavy duty" clamps in the Irwin line) and has built in attachment points for mating the clamps to increase length capacity (which requires buying a separate accessory to do with the Irwin clamps). On top of all that the rubber jaw pads on these are larger than the default Irwin ones, unless you pay extra for the oversize pads (are you sensing a theme here yet?) . This pack is a no brainer - if you manage to find it somewhere, grab it immediately!

Light, quick and easy to apply
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a collection of clamps; C clamps, pipe clamps, All Steel clamps. All the heavy and do a good job of clamping, but these clamps are lighter and much easier to use. Also they have pads over the ends which means they are much less likely to scratch or Mark the surface of the furniture I'm working on. These are good addition to my shop
