What size room will this fireplace heat comfortably
We purchased this for one of our Investment Properties Lower Suites. The Living Room in that Suite is approximately 500 sq. ft., and our Tenant says it keeps that area very warm :)

How long is the power cord and where is it located on the unit (facing the unit, left/right/middle)?

Awesome!
Just bought it today and assembled it. This was one of the simplest & most accurate assembly jobs -- just thought taking the plastic wrapper off the inset was a bit awkward, and may need a rubber hammer for the slide & grommet fits. Design is amazing and top quality -- impressive. It fits my DVD in the compartment nicely and my 32" smart TV on top so I can watch a fireplace stream on youtube.

Ce petit foyer est merveilleux; il propage une ambiance rassurante et chaleureuse dans la maison, en plus d'être très joli, il est de bonne qualité et très facile à assembler (10-15 minutes).
En mode chauffage il est un peu bruyant, puisqu'il souffle de l,air chaud. On peut ajuster la hauteur des flammes et le niveau de chauffage ainsi qu'un timer.
Je l'adore et recommande ce foyer !

Great little fireplace
We bought this fireplace earlier this month. Our bedroom is located above the garage, so it is the coldest spot in the house in winter. Adding this fireplace helps a lot with warming the space, and it looks great. Assembly was quite simple, and it turned out a little bigger than I thought it would be. The fire effect is quite good - I was worried it would look excessively fake, but it's actually quite pleasant. Overall, very happy so far.
