Unsatisfied Shopper from
Incorrect sizing on Lowe's website
When ordering this product I reviewed the product specifications on the website these fence panels are listed at a height of 60" and a width of 5'. My order for my posts and panels were shipped separately. I received my posts 3 weeks prior to my panels. I set my posts for 5' wide panels as was specified on the website. When the boxes arrived I noticed the product was listed as 60"x72". I went back to check the website and the product is actually listed by both specs. 60x72 in the written description and 60x60 in the product spec section. This misinformation cost me a days labour, cost of equipment rental, plus all the materials I have in the ground. Lowe's, you need to make this right!
