Too many large size chunks!
I gave this a try in a mini truck salter i have. First i thought i blew the motor or had a bad witing connection. After scrambling to get another salter prepared to go, i realize there were huge chucks of salt jammed into my worm screw that pulls salt out of hopper.
Even if i could spread that...it very easy to get sprained ankle or trip and fall! Exactly what we are tryIng yo prevent, this salt maY make it more risky.
I will double check but 10bags produced three solid salt pueces apprix 3cm round! Too big!

Read the bag. This product is 16% salt and the rest are "active material". The active material may be nothing more than stones. They do not melt!!!!!
