Can this unit be mounted on the wall half way up in a 12’ tall garage? Foundation walls won’t allow installation by the floor of the garage. It has to go on higher to sit on the wall where it can be vented outside.

Since relative humidity levels are highest at ground level, this ventilation unit should be no more than 3 inches from the ground for maximum efficiency.

I need this in an unheated Alberta garage to reduce winter moisture. Will it operate at -10c to -15c ?
