This unit indicates it is suitable for basements over 6 feet (my basement is 7 feet). Then it says assembled length 95.5 inches. Will this work in my basement?

On top of that there was condensation dripping from our electrical panel and clothes dryer… Does this sound safe? I should mention that the installation of the humidex system was textbook. Exactly where it should be and how it should be. All duct work was set according to all instructions. So here I am, a reasonable guy with a limited budget trying to maintain a healthy environment for My Wife and Myself and when I called to return this $767.27 Humidex unit this is what I got: Rona Customer service bounced me to the manufacturer who bounced me back to Rona customer service with no management to speak to. They feel no obligation to assist the client (me) for selling me a humdex system that was going to either kill us or burn our house down or Both! They have no business morals and I highly My intention was to do everything that is described with in the operation and description on the Humidex system as laid out on their website. Our sole purpose was to improve air flow and quality to improve our quality of life as my wife suffers from two lung diseases. We had recently replaced our furnace to zero emissions all electric unit and a hepa filtration system. And the Humidex system as described removes stale air, mold, gasses etc. Just take the time to read the function of the humidex and you will see why I thought it was a great idea. The result was, to say the least, beyond disappointing. Our humidity level in the house skyrocketed to over 85% - Ideal for the growth and forrecommend staying clear of this company altogether. I guess on the plus side we are considering a home project that will be expensive… I know where not to spend my money.
