Avoid at all costs
As previous reviewer Paul stated, shortly after first use of this chair the heads of the leg mounting screws began to protrude into the seat. Shortly after, the legs buckled and forced me to grab a ledge in the shower to avoid falling to the floor. For the record, I am well below the stated weight rating of the chair.

Sturdy, Solid and Safe
This is a perfect Shower chair for anyone with balance and mobility issues.
Very easy to assemble and the adjustable legs make it easy for a people to adjust the height of the stool to the persons height..

This piece is as advertised. It is very stable and easy to set up, position and use. so far we have no issues with it.
It is shiny and bright, apparently made of stainless steel and plastic of sufficient strength to hold up to 209 pounds test weight as tested in our shower with a human being, hot water and soap and shampoo.
