Does anyone know how far off the ground the lowest branches are? I want to be able to put gifts under the tree!
You can definitely put presents under the tree. I posted a picture of mine as I just set it up.

Will all the other lights stay on, if one of them is burned out or broken?
Only the section that has a bulb problem will go out.

Do the lights on this tree stay lit if a bulb is loose or has fallen out?
The answer is no. However because it is in the section you can easily find the culprit bulb. For the price and especially if you get it on sale this is an amazing tree.

just put the tree together. The top 2 sections lights are fine but the bottom section doesn't light up. We have checked each light in the bottom section to ensure they were secure. now what do I do?
I just put the tree together and the bottom section is not lighting up. The middle and top are working. How do I go about getting the bottom to light up?
Does the height include the base?
Is there a warranty on these trees? Mine doesn’t lit after only 2 Christmases!

Absolutely beautiful!
Easy to assemble. It’s truly plug and play. 3 sections and you can easily bend and form the realistic branches. As you set the sections they automatically light up. No looking for plugs.
You can add more lights as there are outlets to tap into if you wish on the existing prelight strands. You don’t need to though as this tree has enough to make it shine.
Size wise it’s perfect. It’s not a pencil tree but not so wide that takes over a room which is what I was looking for.
Highly recommend. Love this tree!

Absolutely beautiful
I'm a senior alone and finally got things moved around and the tree up and decorated on Christmas eve. What a delight! The branches are made even more attractive than I imagined. There are more lights on it than I would have thought to use. I was able to assemble easily myself and spent time to spread those branch tips but could still do more wit it. I was so very pleased I stayed up all night just to enjoy the warm feeling and great pleasure it gave me. The foot operated on/off switch is wonderful for those who do not bend easily! Great purchase!

Just beautiful!
We just bought this tree from Lowe's on sale so it was a great price. Love that they had them set up in the store. We shopped around and this tree was affordable and is just gorgeous. Also do easy to set up. No plugging lights together or anything. Just put it up and it works!

The perfect tree for a rustic theme
I just bought this yesterday and I have to say that it's perfect for what I was looking for. I was doing a rustic theme this year and wanted the cashmere look. I was debating between this tree and another that was double the price and I'm glad that I chose this one. It was super easy to set up right from the start. I really like the metal stand. It makes it sturdier than those awful plastic ones. I really enjoyed the quick start lighting and having the foot power switch is great. I added 200 red lights but that was just to enhance my colours. I was going to add 200 additional white lights but when I started stringing them on I found it was actually too much. The lights it comes with is more than enough. The most important thing to do with this tree is to really take the time to shape each branch to eliminate those gaps others were saying. I shaped each row of branches of a section before adding the next one.
This tree is great because we put our tree in a corner and because this tree isn't super wide at the bottom it fits nicely in the corner without being thin like a pencil tree or sticking way out into the room like a wide tree.

This is the most beautiful tree I’ve ever seen!!! It looks so full. The cashmere tips really make a big difference. It looks so much more fluffy and elegant. The tips are so thick and the colour is perfection. Easy to put together. Only took a few minutes. Fluffing out each branch before you put the next section on is very important and will make your tree look fuller. Still can’t believe I got this amazing tree for this price!

Easy set up and excellent value!
I am very happy with this purchase! It was so incredibly easy to set up; four clicks and fluffing of branches and that’s it! It’s a narrow tree, which is great for fitting in a corner where there isn’t much room. The only thing that was bothersome was the electrical outlet for the tree topper is too far from the top of the tree. I had to use a small string of lights as an extension cord to plug in my tree topper.
It’s a fantastic tree for $120 (sale price)!
