Is the actual tree bottom 30 across diagonal
The specs state “Base width 20 inches”. This refers to the width of the stand, not the tree. Way down the spec sheet, it says “width 30 inches”. This is the width of the tree itself at the widest point.

Is there a way to keep it on the solid lights (no flashing) so I don't have to cycle through all the options each time I turn it on?
I bought my tree last year and love it but I only like the white lights so want them constantly on! So when I set it up first time I found that by clicking the “change button” (don’t know what to call it) to bring the white lights only I didnt seem to have to change it the next time I turned the lights on on. The only thing that messed this up is when hubby decided he wanted colour lights for a while, so it took a few times until it set itself to go straight to the white lights!

Is the flocking nice or does it look like it just came in from a blizzard? I bought a Noma one and brought it back because it looked so bad
I bought this tree last year and love it! It’s the first flocked tree I have owned. The flocking is very nice in my opinion.

Is there a timer built into the on/off switch. My lights shut off on their own after being lit for for an extended period. It there is a timer, can it be bypassed so lights stay on until I choose to shut them off.
Mine actually comes on by itself too!! Turns on around 4pm and shuts off about 10 - I don't have to do anything!! Love it

Why do the lights on the tree shut off after about 5 hours
I have not experienced that situation. I have my tree connected to a timer and, is on for 8 hours. I did select the multicoloured pattern.

Exceeded expectations!
I love this tree - the floor model was nicely staged so I got a real good look at it - was super easy to set up - almost no flocking came off during set-up - compared to the one I almost bought elsewhere (which looked like it had been run over by a truck) this one is a great tree - good warranty - seems pretty well made - no complaints from me - yes, I would recommend!

I bought this tree on sale to replace my old tree. Very attractive tree if you like the flocked snow effect (I do) and the LED lights put on a good show. Nicely compact for small areas. Quality material including the included stand.

Test the Lights BEFORE You Decorate!
Pretty tree, flocking is perfect (not too much and not too messy) however most of the lights are on the bottom. Looks really weird and sadly we are going to have to return it.
