Loud
The setup of the Hisense 350 SF PORTABLE AC WIFI was pretty easy. There is a remote with batteries. There is 3 settings for convenience, cool, dry and fan and there is 3 fan speeds. The wheels roll up nicely, even on carpeted floor. It’s not too heavy. And easy to install on the windows with all the items that came with. What I didn’t like is that is kinda loud. We were not comfortable using this input bedroom because of the loud noise. We tried setting up the Wi-Fi but it didn’t work, so I don’t know if we got a defective unit. The unit kept turning it off by itself, so didn’t really work. I received this product in exchange of my honest review.

Works great
This unit fit my needs and budget. This AC works really well for the price. I don’t have any complaints. I have central air conditioning in my house, but my master bedroom never got cool enough. The product starts cooling the instant you turn it on. It was easy to set up and works well. The lights are bright. It’s easy to figure out how to use the controls. It cools our bedroom down all night and can get really cold if we set it to a low temperature. The unit does a pretty good job of cooling for a portable, and even though the AC is a little loud, I’m keeping mine; I’m very happy with it. I received this product at a discounted rate in-exchange of my honest feedback.

Not the best option, but works if you need it.
It works, a lot of the functions are basic and kind of work. It gets buggy sometimes, it has randomly stopped opening the vent while ruining, and get confused if you use different devices after another (control panel, remote, or app). The Wi-Fi app to control it is poorly designed, it's slow to respond (which you'll end up tapping the button again thinking it didn't work, but you just shut off the option), the temperature settings will automatically send the default temperature 79° when you open it and is finicky. It's cheap Chinese product, but it'll keep you cool if you need one for the cheap. It at least does what it's supposed to do and that's keep you cold.

Keeping my cool
Our upstairs unit went out on Saturday when we had guests and since we are already in the 100 degree range it gets hot fast upstairs. Ac never goes out when it’s cool so trying to even get a call back from a repairman can be daunting at this time of year! 10 days to two weeks out for a service call. I have a home generator as a precaution agains power outages and so it only made sense to get this unit as a backup to the main ac. Took all of 15 minutes to unpack and set up, cools adequately, and when the ac is fixed it goes in the garage so I can work out there on hot days. I would have rated this a 5 star, but the vent hose is too short to allow for better positioning of the unit. I’m happy, the price was affordable, and the heat is being held at bay😉🎂👍

Gets cold, but not for bedroom use.
This AC certainly does the job for cooling down a room, but it has one issue and a "fatal" design flaw that makes it useless for most people in rooms where that sleep. The first issue is the noise, specifically when the compressor kicks on. It's tough to make a portable AC quiet, as all of the parts are in your room - this unit is no exception. The compressor is quite loud, and will wake you up when it kicks on or off. Secondly, and the biggest issue, is that Hisense designs these air conditioners (and possibly all of their air conditioners) to operate permanently in eco mode, meaning that the fan will shut off once the room reaches the desired temperature. This means that every 10 to 15 minutes, you'll go through the cycle of: fan on, compressor on, compressor off, fan off, rinse and repeat (and this is by design). Again, a great AC for a non sleeping room, but terrible doe bedrooms.

It's ok
This portalable model in the picture is not what I received I don't know why that's there. I received the window ac not the one pictured above. My model has a sleek design, is smart and runs quietly. No overbearing noise drowning out the television. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review. This unit comes with a remote as well as an app you can download which is pretty neat. It does keep the room comfortable but not as cold as I thought when it's on high, a bit disappointed by that but overall it's an ok ac for me.
Disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Works as advertised
Bought this for a master bedroom on the corner of a 1 bdr house in south TX that is routinely 10 deg F or more than the rest of the house. Looked into a separate one room system but had estimates of $8-10K. This was far, far cheaper. It's not whisper quiet, but then again it's not freight train loud either. When running it is more like a hotel room. Installation was somewhat easy. The written directions said to apply the foam seal to the window, while the Hisense video showed it being put on the window slider. Doesn't really matter but I do recommend leaving one of the window sliders free so the slider can be extended fully once in the window frame. Note the "smooth" side of the slider faces inside the room. This was clear in the video, but not the written Instructions. Overall took about an hour, mostly thinking about how to put the slider in the window frame.

Cool Room Promotes Productivity
This past week our temperatures were in the upper 90's and I was thankful I had purchased the Hisense 350 SF Portable AC WIFI unit. The installation of the unit is easy to put together. I just needed help opening my window to place the hose vent. This unit is in my upstairs sewing room and our current HVAC system does not keep the second floor rooms cool. This unit keeps the room cool, is quiet, and I'm able to be productive without sweating. I like the fact that it has 3 modes - fan, cooling, dehumidifier and is drain-free. The one drawback is that I didn't realize it had to be vented outside as I thought I could use it to cool my sewing room & later move it to the basement as a dehumidifier. I'm excited to stay cool while working in my sewing room/office. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.
