Is it 2 parts water to 1 part floor cleaner or 2 parts cleaner to 1 part water? No instructions

Doesn’t clean and leaves a film.
I used the product for a while but recently felt my floors seemed extremely sticky. I tried to mop several times again with the product and it got worse. I had to use water, white vinegar, baking soda, and DAWN to get the film/sticky off. I spend 5 and a half hours cleaning my floors and getting a weird film in the mop bucket. I then had to go back with a towel and mop again with the towel and the towels came out DARK BROWN. I don’t think this product has been cleaning my floors at all. Very disappointed in the product.

Not as expected
I have a floor (residential) finished with Gymthane. I hired a company to clean it and they used Bono products. Whether it was their technique, or the product or both, the floor was left with streaks and without the previous shine. I didn't know it at the time, but only Dura-Seal products should be used on Gymthane, so mostly my fault! I'll buy the correct product and re-do the floor myself, but as a warning to others, check with your floor's manufacturer before you use Bono products.

Effort Pays Off
Our contractor directed us to installing red oak floors 23 years ago when building our house. At times, with 2 kids and several dogs, we wondered if that was a wise choice. Cleaned our floors today with Bona’s Hardwood Floor Cleaner and know we made the right decision. Floors are clean, bright and shiny - looks like it could have taken hours, but some concentrated effort got 1200 sq. ft. done in about 35 minutes. Takes some effort, no harder than pushing a mop really, but the payoff is floors that look great. Nice to know that product is water-based, apparently safe for all living things, has no odor and dries quickly without have to blend in or worry about streaking. Bravo, Bona!

New formula is horrible
I had used this product for years, but won't any longer. The new formula is horrible, and leaves a sticky residue on my floor that I will now have to scrub off. Terrible.

New Improved Formula
Please go back to the original formula, my hardwood floors always looked beautiful!!!! I hate this New Improved Formula it leaves smudge marks, a film coating, sticky when walked on, and leaves footprints......I can NOT get my floors to look glowing throughout my home. Please help for the holidays

Not what I had in mind
I received a complimentary starter kit recently when I had my hardwood floors refinished so I gave it a try. Where the light hit the floor, I noticed what looked like greasy spots that were left behind in places. I sprayed again and went over the spots several times with the pad system but the spots were still there. I just don’t think this product cleans like it should. Won’t be using it again. The mop and pad are fine but the cleaner didn’t clean my floor at all.

It's water
The bottle says you can find the ingredients on the website. They are well hidden, probably because they are water. I would be surprised if there was anything else in there. It worked about as well as water. It smells like water. My floors don't look particularly better than when I just mop with water. Not worth the price and the elbow grease.

No Streaks!
Received a sample of #Bona hardwood floor cleaner to try through @SampleSourceCanada. This product no only is safe for hardwood floors and does an excellent job cleaning and shining up my floors, it is one of the only products I have tried that does NOT leave streaks and smear marks! Amazing product! Thanks for making a fantastic product that does what it says it will do!
