The 20 oz Craftsman® fibreglass hammer is built for durability against overstriking with an added protective portion where most fiberglass hammers break. This added feature will give the hammer a longer life and added durability for frequent use. All mine are so old and all have the wooden handles. It was nice to finally get my hands on a new hammer with an amazing handle. The grips are awesome. I feel like I can hammer like a champ now and not have to worry about getting splinters in my hands. The hammer itself is actually fairly lightweight but dont let that fool you about performance. This thing can put away some nails. I use it for around the house little chores but also for building small wooden projects outdoors. I know this hammer will be great for years to come. Well made product.

They did something right because even though I have many other hammers in my garage I bought this hammer anyway..... When I picked it up in the store to look at it the balance and grip felt amazing. In past years I had never considered owning a Craftsman hammer because I preferred other brands, but this one is perfect for a homeowner level hammer, If I lost it I would buy another, so I hope this design won’t be discontinued in the future. I guess it’s made by Stanley?, but it is much better than the other Stanley hammers I used in the past.

This hammer is a quality product for any tradesman. My families trade is plumbing and my husband has taken this hammer on job sites since the day it was recieved. It holds up to heavy jobs and is built to last, unlike a generic wood handled hammer you get at various department stores. One of the very nice bonuses to craftsman tools is the lifetime guarantee! All in all excellent product, would always recommend. Thank you craftsman!

This definitely not only held up to the challenge, but had an amazing feel in my hand and has a nice rubber grip so it did not slip any at all. Definitely recommend this hammer to anyone who has issues holding onto a hammer and smashing their fingers due to slippage!

The Craftsman hammer I recieved has a stylish look, all while not sacrificing power. This hammer also comes with a nice solid grip pad, which come in handy for multiple uses. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fiberglass all-purpose hammer is probably one of, if not the best, hammer out of all my tools. I used it for the first time today and it's so lightweight and easy to handle. I simply love the fiberglass design and it looks very durable. I think it's been engineered to handle almost any type of mail you throw at it and I think it will handle any hammer job with ease. I simply love the hammer!
