Description
This Hamilton Beach cordless electric kettle will make a great addition to any kitchen countertop. With a power of 1500 W, it will heat 1.7 L of water in a few minutes and you will have boiling water faster than with a microwave oven. Its auto shut-off system makes the kettle safer to use than a stovetop kettle. Thanks to its 360° base, the kettle can be lifted directly without its cord from any angle. The apparent water level indicator helps you fill the kettle precisely at the desired level.

Easy to see the water level. Easy to open the top. Easy to fill. Heats quickly. Shuts off automatically. For an inexpensive kettle it is perfect.

Works Great!

Boils Fast
It boils really fast. The minimum (.5L) boils in less than 2 minutes. The opening to fill it is a little small, which may make cleaning difficult and the plastic around the water level viewer will make it even harder to clean (see picture). The pictures of the power button in the user manual are reversed from the one I received. Fortunately they do explain that the I is for on and the O is for off.
