Description
With a clearing width of 12" (30.48 cm), this electric snow shovel removes snow up to 300 lb (136 kg) in one pass. It throws snow up to a distance of 20' (6 m) and has a maximum clearing depth of 6" (15.24 cm). It doesn't require any gas, oil or tune-ups, making it effortless to start and maintain. This snow shovel is great for clearing sidewalks, patios and decks and it is backed by a 3-year limited warranty.

tiny driveway; shared, neighbours, 5 cars! no lawn, chainlink fence on the sides. Can I control direction of show & adjust the height / distance of snow? need something that pushes the show straight ahead to control exactly where the snow goes!
Hi, I bought this snow blower and it only blows straight a head, it is not height adjustable. Its not intended for very deep snow, only up to 4” per so. If the snow is to deep then you need to go over the area twice to clear it. Hope this helps! I do like the machine, it feels heavy at first but once its on the snow and operational its no problem.

Great Shovel - 10 years and Going Strong
Just used it here in CT and it is a great little workhorse. Depending on the weight of the snow this thing will clear up to 6+ inches and throw it up to 25 feet. I've got about 60-70 feet of driveway and it's perfect for that. Stores small and easy and no gas - just hook it up to an extension cord, clear a path up the middle and then work perpendicular to left side and right throwing the snow to each side. If the snow is too deep - for instance where the city plows it - it's light enough to lift and take off a layer at a time. It really throws the snow - I used it once in a snowball fight against the neighbors kids and trashed them with snow 20 feet away. Love it.

Easier on the back than shovelling
Just bought this for our annual 2 weeks of snow here in BC.
As we live near 3 schools I always make effort to clear my sidewalks before anyone walks them, to make it safer and easier on me.
This snow shovel works great to clear the short but heavy dumps we get. My one issue is that, as it throws out the snow fwd at up to 20' I struggle to be able to aim the snow onto my lawn. It's an offence to dump it onto the road so It would be good to be able to adjust the distance of the throw to be able to control it's depositing better. That would also help with having to pass over areas several times to clear the overspray.
I wanted small, so choose this over a small snow thrower but the snow thrower's have adjustable exhausts to more accurately control where the snow is deposited. Seems counter intuitive.
Otherwise it is simple to use and clearing wise does exactly what it is supposed to.

The best gift I ever received!
My daughter gave me the electric snow thrower for Christmas and it is the best gift I have ever received. I have a mammoth deck (about 600 sq ft) and I would try to keep it shoveled however at 75, it was becoming a challenge. With the snow thrower, it was a piece of cake keeping the deck cleared off. With the snow thrower, the snow was off the deck in no time and my back wouldn't bother me at all. And it was especially great being able to quickly clear the snow which would fall off the roof so there wouldn't be a big frozen mass to try to chop away later. I am confident I can handle all the good snowfalls here in central Vermont for years to come with my trusty Green Works snow thrower.

Disappointed
I bought this because I really like Greenworks products. This however was a big disappointment. First off, it is very heavy and awkward, second it does not clear snow all that well. It blows snow straight, so once you are done with one section, you have to go over it again because it blows the snow that it did clear all over the sidewalk again. It's easier to just use a regular shovel. All in all, I would not recommend this item.

A Real Work Horse
Any way this tool could be better, is if it operated itself. I keep it at a vacation home. We don't get up there much in the Winter. When we go up, there is upwards to three feet of snow on our deck. This shovel whittles it down to the bate deck. Unbelievable....

Backsaver!
I was able to clear my driveway and sidewalk with very minimal stress on my back. I have a herniated disc and shoveling snow is very hard on my back, but this electric snow shovel makes it much easier. Powerful enough to move a decent amount of wet snow and the only limiting factor would be the length of your power cord. Great product for the price!

Brought this before winter started, so glad I did!
I bought this for my husband so he wouldn't have to lift heavy snow, works great! We've recommended this to other family members and all 4 ordered them too! We all love it, it's so easy. Throws the snow out 20 ft! Recommend to everyone that has to shovel snow.

This shovel is a Treasure!!
Ive had this for 6years. Originally purchased for my son who used to shovel and I watched how he suffered with his back. The year I bought it..it didn't snow. Then the following year he and his gf moved to an apt where maintenance took care of the grounds. So lucky me!!! It is. God send and my neighbors are jealous. I don't gloat but they are out there for 2 hours and im done my whole grounds in 45minutes. They should get one. For Real!!!
